This is what we call private equity with emotion. Entrepreneurship is above all an ever-learning curve, and in my journey as an entrepreneur I have been lucky to learn a lot from fellow team members, advisors, and customers alike.
Along the bumpy road of learning and growing the business, one of the key things I realized is that the best business model is, first and foremost, when you put your heart and soul into your work. Second, know when the time comes to let your trusted experts do their jobs.
In the first five years, I focused on assembling a management team and building a corporate structure. Once the company reached a sizeable growth and stabilized, I handed over the day-to-day management to very qualified and experienced senior executives and let them bring the company to the next phase.
This was a difficult choice, but it gave me the opportunity to focus on new developments. That was the moment Dishant Kela & Associates was created, as a holding company to consolidate the existing portfolio, but above all as a platform to implement other entrepreneurial ventures using the same unconventional approach as a business development model.
